Business Development Lead — DACH
Own the DACH growth motion end to end — outbound to SMEs, partner channels, and the first repeatable sales playbook. You'll be the commercial counterweight to a product-led founding team.
- Build the outbound motion: ICP definition, sequences, the first 100 conversations.
- Close the first cohort of paying Branded + Teams workspaces.
- Turn what closes into a repeatable playbook the next hire can run.
- Feed product the patterns you hear — you sit between the market and the roadmap.
Partnerships Manager — Integrations
Grow the integration ecosystem — CRM, document, and automation partners. Make letssign.now the signing layer inside the tools European SMEs already run.
- Prioritise + land integration partnerships (HubSpot, Make, Notion, vertical SaaS).
- Co-market with partners: listings, joint webinars, launch posts.
- Work with engineering to scope each integration to the smallest useful v1.
- Own the /developers funnel — turn API curiosity into shipped integrations.
Founding Account Executive
First dedicated closer. Take qualified inbound + your own outbound from first call to signed contract. Define what the AE role becomes at letssign.now.
- Run the full cycle: demo, trial, procurement, close.
- Handle the procurement + legal questions European SMEs ask about eIDAS, residency, DPAs.
- Keep CRM hygiene tight enough that the founders can read the pipeline at a glance.
- Hit a first-year logo + ARR target you help set in month one.
What we look for
- · Ship-shaped people. Strong shipping muscle beats credentials. We care what you've actually finished and put in front of users.
- · Product taste. Design + UX matter as much as execution. We don't separate the two.
- · Senior in the small-team sense: comfortable owning a domain end-to-end, from spec to production support.
- · Direct communicators. Pre-write your thinking. Disagree with evidence. Ship the decision when consensus isn't coming.
